Reiki

Sink into deep relaxation allowing your body to heal itself on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki sessions begin with determining your session goal and chakra assessment with a singing bowl or pendulum. From, there it's all about relaxation and letting the Reiki flow for your greatest good. Elements of sound healing can be incorporated based on your preferences and the guidance I receive during the session. When the session is complete, we'll discuss your experience and the information I received intuitively, should you wish to receive it. Sessions are 1 hour of actual on the table time.
Distant Reiki
$40
Distant Reiki sessions work exactly the same as in person sessions, but from the comfort of your home. We'll begin by determining your session goals via a short phone call. All that's required is to find a comfortable space where you can fully relax and allow the Reiki to reach you. After the session, information from the session will be relayed via email or text (depending on your preference) with feedback gladly accepted. Information is relayed via text or email in an effort not to disrupt the level of relaxation you've reached during the session. Payment must be received prior to the beginning of the session time.
Oracle Card Reading
$15
A 3 card oracle card reading to answer your question or provide general guidance. Cards will be pulled from the deck I feel drawn to for your reading. You'll be provided with a photo of the cards pulled for you and a complete reading based on those cards and the guidance I receive.
Akashic Record Reading
$40
The Akashic Records contain a wealth of information regarding our past lives, our current situation and the possibilities that lie ahead. Readings consist of up to 5 specifically worded questions. Answers will be provided as audio recordings and are delivered to your email.

Over the course of my journey, I've learned so much about myself, what practices work for me, where I've needed to remove limitations that I placed upon myself, how much better my life can be by leaning into these things and how much I enjoy empowering others. I share these things with clients and friends often, but I wanted to do a find a way to put it all together and make it available. It's to that end that Empowered Life Spiritual Coaching was born. The goal of the program is to create space for someone to catch a glimpse of their own brilliance through their journey to success, allowing for a more empowered existence without limiting beliefs and a spiritually centered tool kit. The coaching program consists of 8 weekly on-line sessions where we explore the Self, Mental, Physical and Spiritual levels of the individual. We invite the spiritual guidance that we have access to to guide us on our path, which creates a personalized experience . We explore practices and dive deep into our ourselves to create forward momentum. This program includes three 30 minute distant Reiki sessions in addition to the 1-on-1 weekly sessions to assist in this journey.
Empowered Life Spiritual Coaching
Creating Lasting Change

After successfully bringing clients through my 8 week program, I found they wanted more. Having gained personal value, it seemed only natural that the next step would be lasting change. Here we explore the psychology of change, where we tend to get stuck, how to overcome roadblocks and how to set achievable goals. We're still calling in the spiritual guidance available to us and adding guided meditations, sound journeys and shamanic based art projects. The coaching program consists of 12 weekly on-line sessions and 4 distant Reiki sessions. This program is available to all clients who have completed my 8 week Creating Value program.
